App hangs a lot and confusing

Why does the app hang a lot? Every day it seems to have trouble connecting. The point system is confusing. There is no rhyme or reason why something you purchase one day gives points and no points another day. Train the stores more on how the app works. Most importantly, please fix your backend so that the app can connect everytime and not just part time.
