For last several months for app often shows no coupons at all (Sultan level so there should be at least one drink each day) - well after 24 hours since last use (in fact only use it about once or twice a week). Starting to go to WAWA - if I have to pay WAWA has better coffee.

RaceTrac app not giving me my free coffee or soda once a week for the past 3 weeks! I thought I was king of coffee!!!

Took forever to get to sultan of soda..once I got there...could not get free drink. YOU GOT ME BUT NOT I WILL TELL THE WORLD...BOYCOTT RACETRAC..BOYCOTT RACETRAC...BOYCOTT RACETRAC..THOUGHT YOU GOT ME BUT....I WILL TELL EVERYONE MY NEW MOTTO...BOYCOTT RACETRAC.

I just reached “Sultan of Soda”. It was quite a long ride but I am finally here. It took me 3 years!!

Worst Gas Station App ever created. I have over 1200 points and can never use it .. Only states loading. Google this to find out its a worldwide issue. I kept my word that i would fill up my car at Racetrac and they were supposed to reward me for doing so. Very unhappy

This is absolutely the worst reward program that I have ever seen! It doesn't work the majority of the time and although I have a "free" soda every day I often have to pay for them. I am going to start going to QT.

As stated by many customers on this page, as well as others, the Ractrac Rewards System simply does not work. Purchases made do not show up in your history . Your earned level is way below what you truly earned. Store Associates cannot help you. Other Rewards Programs such as Pilot, WaWa, Speedway, Work as intended making them far superior to RaceTrac ‘s Rewards System. Why use RaceTrac when there is a Speedway or WaWa down the road ?

Found out from a manager at RaceTrac that they purposely stop allowing you to use the app once you reach a certain level or redeem a couple of points, whichever comes first. They know everyone wants to get stuff for free so they sucker you in until they get their quota out of you. Let you redeem a couple points to keep baiting you in and then cut it short. Great concept! They got me!

Sultan of Soda here. I earned it in about eight months. It doesn't work 3 out of 7 days a week, MINIMUM. It's so often that I'm unable to get it to work, I only go in if I know I have cash on me to pay for the drink. This is disappointing.

It works for a week, stops for a week. I uninstalled and then reinstalled and then had to set up a whole new account because there was an issue. I am about fed up. Just don't have an app, because it is going to make me only go to QT just because I am tired of dealing with them.

I just realized you need your cell phone to guarantee that you get your free drink. Took me 2.5 years to reach sultan of soda.

This app never works when I want to use it.

Is there any issues with the app. Mine only crashes

App works about once a week. When it works, I may stop at RaceTrac. When it doesn't, I'll fill up at QT. Sultan of Soda now but hardly ever get my free drink

I reached king of sultan and I haven't got my free daily drink.Why isn't the app working properly.Not a happy customer..

Tried to redeem 200 points on a bag of Reese's, ended using 690 and walked away with a Kingsize Snicker bar. No one was able to help with the transaction got a bunch of crap from associates ... No more gassing up at RaceTrac

Worst app, EVER!!! I know a 15yr old boy that could make a better app than this one.... awful!

Unfortunately this does not work. Went in today to redeem receipt coupon but the rules have changed and I got nothing that I used to get., like a simple cup of coffee. The store employee said they changed everything about rewards. Have told everyone and we are dozens who will now buy at other place. Sorry Racetrac but I now tell everyone.

Sorry, can't show no stars. My app shows a code, but I've been trying to acquire points for several months. Also get the awkward message. Of course after entering my phone number and sometimes entering my code, I get the message " apply for our app. Since I always buy gas at race track thought I might as well get some kind of reward...now I'm just feeling insulted when before the app I was contented. Lots of luck race track. You're gonna need it.
