Whats to say? Doesnt load; just twirls away. Its like waiting in line. Ive given it enough time. Now work for me. I cant reload my card. The message says it will be fixed soon. Soon is a relative term.

Short version: this is awesome. Long version: this is really awesome.

One of the last updates has resulted in not being able to sign in at all. App is now completely useless. Please fix the sign in so we can once agin enjoy.

They continue to release updates without fixing the glaring issues with the app: 1) If you want to add your rewards barcode to your Apple wallet, it simply wont work. The app will freeze in an endless loop and you will have to force close it to re-access your account. 2) Forgot your password? You are out of luck! Customer service email is non-responsive and there is no automated link to reset it yourself. 3) If you hit login through Facebook, you will create a new account with the same email address and the only way to log out of it is to delete the app. This app appears to have been developed poorly and was released prematurely.

I cant even do a forgot password. My points dont show and there is no way to get help.

Ive been a loyal Racetrac customer ever since I moved to Florida. This app, in its inception, was wonderful. Within a month I was up to the second tier, and keep gaining points every morning. However, recently, its gone downhill. Latest update wont allow the barcode to be viewed. No ability to recover a lost password. My account is, in essence, lost in the ether because of these issues. Allow a phone number recovery. I have thousands of points I cant use now. Fix it and regain your 5 Stars.

Where is the forgot password link option? Email that they want you to send to doesnt even respond!

Ive been really happy with this app! Ive been able to use it completely glitch-free for a couple months now. Sure, theres some room for improvement. It took me a couple tries to figure out how use my points, but it was smooth sailing after that! My account stays logged in, so Ive never had a password issue. Love getting coupons, too! Theyre like little surprise bonuses.

This app is a wast. Filled up three times and people inside store are clueless. No points ever added.

Old app would not load. I forgot my password so when I reinstalled I cant sign in and see no place to retrieve password or reset

I have tried to use this app and I cant ever open it because its always loading. I hate it. They really need to update this app so people can actually use it.

Doesnt ever launch just stays loading. I want some rewards, thatd be sweet I like racetrac and one just opened by me. Website also doesnt work well on mobile iOS. How it works section wont scroll down to show rest of site.

(1) Barcode does not scan reliably in all stores. (2) There is no password recovery mechanism. So any accumulated points are useless if you should forget password.

Forget your password? Youre s.o.l. Try logging in thru FB or Twitter to register your phone number and youll get some snarky remark that basically says someone else is using your number...even if you have your phone number tied to one of these other platforms. No password recovery or reset option. 1 star is too many.

When I first downloaded this app, I liked it. Loved collecting points for activities I normally do. Even made more of an effort to go to a Racetrac and not elsewhere. Then one day I discovered the app had logged me out. No big deal, I thought. Ill log back in. But then I realized I had forgotten my password. And no "recover password" option. Um, what??? Pretty standard feature on most websites and other apps. Even the mobile version of the Racetrac site provided no help. I hope this gets fixed so I can earn some more points.

Good app except if you ever change phones and need to reset the password. 3 months after initially emailing customer service with a response of 5 to 7 business days for the reset which never happened. I am a former RaceTrac customer who switched to QuikTrip because the RaceTrac does not have a password reset. The lack of a password reset with no customer service has to be by design so past rewards are not redeemable. The unredeemable rewards should be a target for a class action law firm.

I lost my password and cant log to my account, You should put a button of forget password so it send me a link by email.

This is a terrible app. Nothing works. There is a store listed as being off the coast of Africa. There must be a third grader developing this app. Dont bother. Go to QT. I would give zero stars if possible. I wish I could get the time I wasted back from using this app. This app is worse than Jordan bolchs music.

App worked until a couple of weeks ago. When will the next update be done?

When I click on the app it starts to open but Alls I get is the little spinning wheel. It doesnt load up the app whether on data or wifi. This has been like this since the newest update. Please fix as I am losing purchase points.
