Coupons doesnt pop up and the 7 free drinks? The 7 free drinks never popped up .

This is a pretty useless app. I downloaded it for the six free drinks and I never received them in my coupons. My emails to customer service went unanswered. Youve been warned if thats why you are downloading it. You wont get what youre told you will get. It appears they just want to increase their downloads. Dont

Holy shiznit on an alter! The app finally opened up without the fawking spinning donut of death. I can see my recent purchases now, my Facebook synced up too.... Agh snap! No Im not a RT Employee because the old version gotta 1 star so Ima rate it a 4 just incase it takes a dump in my face like it did last time. Thats nobodys fault but your own RT but so far so good.

I use this all the time as I live right behind a racetrac. The only issue I have is there is no rhyme or reason behind how many points you get for what purchases. And there is no info out there on it. Sometimes I spend $15 on snack and only get 18 points, then I buy a 20 pack of Diet Coke for $6.99 and I get 27 points. So its not consistent and makes no sense. They also have different levels and perks once you reach so many point and are "promoted" but they dont tell you how many points you need for each level, so it seems never ending because you dont know how close you are to the goal. Ive tried to look all this info up and its nowhere. Ive also asked associates at the store and he information isnt available to them either. This app is good, it just needs a lot more info and consistency.

Got a new phone had to reinstall app forgot password and no FORGOT PASSWORD button. Really? No way to get signed in. Called corporate they are aware but could not reset my password to get me back into my account that had thousands of points. How convenient. Worthless app. Worthless customer service. Downloaded Wawa instead. No issues. Respond to your emails and voicemails people.

The app is great, I just wish that instead of buy-one-get-one-free deals on jack links snacks or Doritos, we could just get coffee! Im pretty positive 99% of the people with the racetrac app downloaded it for those first 6 free coffees, and I know the free coffee weeks and coffee coupons we occasionally get are *so* appreciated, cause thats what we love! I dont care about Doritos or most of the other food, I just love the racetrac coffee! I would purchase from the store way more often if there were deals on coffee... And also the little bakery donuts, but thats just me.

Great app. I use it everyday. One thing I liked when it first came out was the ability to pre-pay on a gift card. Love this ability! Its now removed. Its very convenient like the Starbucks app. Please add this back in.

Another developer trying to be God by dictating what my password should consist of. Are they afraid someone might steal my points and get a free cup of coffee! I made it very secure - I deleted the app.

When the app was working, I liked it. Now though it doesnt open and is completely useless. I cant redeem the points I have or do anything else. Why?! Why!?

At first. I got the app and added a gift card for convenience. I used it up and added a second gift card, this new gift card does not work, it shows there is indeed money on it but wont allow cashiers to use it.

I deleted the app for a split second thinking no problem Ill just sign back in but as I was to do so , I forgot my password (I had the app since it first came out never really thought I needed to deleted it whatsoever) anyways I forgot the password and there is no option for my to recover it or even put my phone number so they can send me like a code or my password or something. I hope this gets fixed asap!

App gives me good coupons and is pretty easy to use. I also like that I can search for stores with frozen yogurt! mhmm Swirl World.

This app is really easy to use. Scan the barcode in store and earn points toward stuff. It has some issues that I hope are fixed soon, but overall it does exactly what I need it to do.

Store locator with gas prices and a bunch of free food for doing what I already do every day? Yes please!

Ive tried many times and different ways and it wont add to my wallet on my iPhone it says it times out after a minute so now I cant have it on my wallet like I have everything else please fix bug

Easy to use and beneficial. Im able to earn rewards points everytime I go to RaceTrac, whether Im getting gas or buying food. Cant wait to earn more free items!

Whats to say? Doesnt load; just twirls away. Its like waiting in line. Ive given it enough time. Now work for me. I cant reload my card. The message says it will be fixed soon. Soon is a relative term.

Short version: this is awesome. Long version: this is really awesome.

One of the last updates has resulted in not being able to sign in at all. App is now completely useless. Please fix the sign in so we can once agin enjoy.
