Come on race trac - you seriously need to get this app working right. Im on board for now but it crashes at least three days a week and I am actively LOSING points for money I am spending in your stores. Get it together!

Worked for a while, got all 7 free drinks. Need more time in using these free coupons. Had to get all 7 drinks in 7 days. Now states cant connect to Internet. Tried deleting app and downloading again no use. Needs some bug fixes. After downloading again forgot my password, app does not have password recovery help no contact us help. Needs lots of work.

Im sitting in my office, connected to high-speed internet, and the app keeps saying "Whats up with the internet connection, yo? Make sure youre connected". Ummm. I just downloaded it. Of course Im connected. I try to go to the home page and it says "Awkward ... We cant process that request right now". What a piece of garbage.

Terrible app doesnt work !!!! Account number or phone number number doesnt work at pump .... Not worth the time Doesnt have up date purchases. I dont eat hot dogs And the junk you are trying to give away !!! I give you zero stars

At first, it worked great. Even when it didnt get me my free drinks. Now...it never loads, just has the busy signal forever. Putting in my number at the stores isnt even working "you can call and give them your receipt number to get your points" the attendant tells me. Yea...because thats convenient. As someone who stops daily on my way to work, this stinks. Fix it.

First time using app today...my coupons uploaded, but still only 14 days to use is not cool. Should be 30 days, at least. The series of questions at the beginning, Tell Us More, do not allow you to properly choose your answer. The scroll bar rolls before you get to your answer and Boom! Thats it, whatever it lands on is your answer. If you pick up your finger to further scroll down, it moves onto the next question. Also, the "game" on the app is not even fit for a kindergartener. Its pretty bad. The car wont roll over the hills and swiping left and right to make the car move...thats just elementary. Try doing a game with candy or hot dogs or the actual products you sell in the store, something like candy crush that is so addicting. Other than that, Thanks for trying... You could always bring back the coupon calendar booklet...that freggin rocked! Or use the calendar coupon booklet concept within the app.

I downloaded the app as soon as it became available and I did get the freebies and as a Racetrac Insider, got the upgrade to Prince of Pastries. However, I have NEVER been able to get points for pumping gas. Emails to customer service went unanswered. Today I tried to call but I was on hold forever and had to hang up. Three of us have the app in my household and no one has gotten points for pumping gas. The pumps never accept our phone numbers. Tonight the app wont load AGAIN and all my coupons have disappeared. Clearly RaceTrac wasnt ready to implement this program. The manager of my favorite station told me their customer satisfaction ratings are plummeting because of problems with the Rewards program. Its very disappointing and frustrating.

Terrible app. Everyone they put advertisement of fee drinks with app. It wont load, crashes and hangs without letting me login ..I just sat in parking lot trying to fix it and couldnt. Hope its fixed soon to useable.

I love the coffee. Stop at RaceTrac every day before work. That being said, the reviews are right. This app doesnt load. I cant connect with Facebook and I cannot create an account with email. Just says theres an error. In short, as of now, the app doesnt work. Find a new app developer. Whoever released this with as many bugs as it has should be ashamed to call themselves developers.

Solid look and feel. Easy to use app and game is nice added feature to kill time at pump. Who doesnt love free coupons!?

Will not let me sign up and crashes

Downloaded... No coupons... Says cannot connect to internet, even though I am connected. Wont connect no matter where I am and what network I am connected to.

Downloaded the app, created an account, but yet have no coupons for free drinks. Every time I refresh it, screen says "Currently you have no coupons available." I thought when you downloaded app and signed up in month of April you got 7 free 32oz drinks? Talk about false advertising...

I downloaded the app just fine and even got to use one of my free 32oz soda coupons the day of. Thats where all the good ends. Every RaceTrac I got to says the reader isnt working to use my coupons. Ive only got 3 days left to use them and Ive been trying ever since day 1. 3 days to use 6 coupons at gas stations that wont even accept them. This is ridiculous. Then, Im not even getting points for what I spend in store even when they scan the card. What is the point to this app?
