Horrible

I downloaded the app as soon as it became available and I did get the freebies and as a Racetrac Insider, got the upgrade to Prince of Pastries. However, I have NEVER been able to get points for pumping gas. Emails to customer service went unanswered. Today I tried to call but I was on hold forever and had to hang up. Three of us have the app in my household and no one has gotten points for pumping gas. The pumps never accept our phone numbers. Tonight the app wont load AGAIN and all my coupons have disappeared. Clearly RaceTrac wasnt ready to implement this program. The manager of my favorite station told me their customer satisfaction ratings are plummeting because of problems with the Rewards program. Its very disappointing and frustrating.
