Ive had this app since April and only had 1 free coffee and buy 1 get 1 something. 1 time in 5 months. Every one I know who has this app gets updated all the time. I have deleted this app twice hoping it would update but it never does.

Account was logged out. I tried to reenter app using email and password. App continued to say password and account was not correct. No password recovery method. Tried signing up on new account but says my phone is associated with another account. Lost all rewards points.

This app does not work. It does not recognize my telephone number. I tried to use it at the gas pump three times does not recognize. The people in the store have no clue and are not helpful to advise me what wrong with the app. They say they just have numerous problems with the pumps.

The design is great and user friendly. I especially enjoyed the game.

Very nice app especially because you get 7 free stuff when you log in!

I downloaded the app 3 days ago and set up all the info including my phone number but when I go to the pump outside my phone # doesnt work, it keep saying phone number doesnt match but when I check my account preference is the right one. Please fix this !!

Wont let you log on after first time. Cant access coupons. What a joke. I dont think they ever intend on fixing it.

There is no way to reset your password if you forget it!

the security is too protective, it wont even let me create a password for some reason, and i use the right about of characters, numbers and symbols but it wont even let me create an account to start with! it needs fixing.

For some reason the app doesnt tell me what I can get with my points. Other than that I like it.

I should have listened to the people that said to not waste my time on this. Cant even get signed in.

Shows me my coupons but they give no explanation on how to use them...you cant click on them or save them to the wallet. Nowhere does it say redeem or have a bar code. Very lack luster effort of explaining how to use the app unless your using points where they give a 4 page tutorial!!! EXPLAIN HOW TO REDEEM COUPONS!!!

Downloaded this for "free drinks" promo. Doesnt even work.

App is a waste, doesnt fulfill promises made to customers

Downloaded the app for the free drinks that were advertised but didnt receive the drink coupons after down loading.

Worthless and poorly made. Like the food at Race Trak.

I would love to give this app 5 stars, but unfortunately it is not working. Once this is fixed I will change my review.

There is no way to log out. Also the pumps at some stations dont show the entire phone number so no way to see of you made a error due to the keypad. Hence, no points. Need a way to add it online from reciepts.

Great new app! I cant wait to earn points for purchasing items that Im already shopping for! The new logo looks great and makes it very easy to access the app quickly on my messy home screen while Im in the store!

This app was working fine until the latest update. It just constantly states you arent connected to the web when I do have connection and everything else works fine.
