Every time I try to enter my phone number at the pump it tells me it is not recognized. Maybe they should have tested this app a little longer before rolling it out.

I shop at Racetrac all the time so I figured this app would really benefit me. Just tried it out and so far it seems it might be a total waste of time.

Some one please explain how to open the coupons

Downloaded the app last night to get 7 free drinks. All the coupons showed up until I got to the store today, made a drink, and tried to redeem one at the register, then they were all gone with a message that I had no coupons available, so I had to pay for it. Wouldnt have even come here if I knew this was going to happen.

This app is terrible. Never wants to work.

I downloaded this app to get rewards, not snarky comments on how my password isnt accepted. I used the right password, I used the special character, I put in the right amount of numbers and letters to meet the standard of your stupid little security measures. DEFINITELY not trying this crap hole again. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

Internet doesnt work with the app.

Ever since the update on 4/21, now nothing in my app will display or connect.

Why does the app hang a lot? Every day it seems to have trouble connecting. The point system is confusing. There is no rhyme or reason why something you purchase one day gives points and no points another day. Train the stores more on how the app works. Most importantly, please fix your backend so that the app can connect everytime and not just part time.

I was excited to get my first free drink when I got this message upon opening the app, "Awkward...we cant process that request right now." Thankfully the young man behind the cash register gave me the drink for free anyway. If the developers cant fix this, I will be deleting the app.

Worked great. Was able to use all the coupons and looking forward to earning some points soon.

Wallet not working need to fix

I downloaded to be able to receive points. I get gas at a race trac at least twice a week. The app has NEVER works right. It just act like its loading. Was never able to get any of the perks promised in this app. Very disappointing. I may just need to start using a station who has a reward app that works.

App force closes. Ad said you get free stuff if you download before the end of April. I have not received any free offers as the ad states except I have received 46 junk emails ads and counting so far.

Wanted my free drinks but app wont download

Trying to sign up for the 3rd time... Keeps saying, "Isnt that awkward, the apps not working right now"... Really???

I never right reviews but I had too on this one. This app keeps loading and never works and I still dont understand how we get points from store purchases. Ughhh fix it pls!

It is constantly freezing and hanging up. If only developers used more time working on functionality rather than snarky comments. Now THAT has to be pretty awkward for you. Cant move the barcode to wallet after several failed attempts. Couldnt get my first free drink because it wouldnt work. How am I supposed to claim my others ones if it doesnt register after scanning? The cashier is just supposed to believe me? Promising something then not delivering, this sounds like false advertisement to me...

Since up date. Nothing working. Come people get right or do not do make and app. Very disappointed !!!!!
