Worst app, EVER!!! I know a 15yr old boy that could make a better app than this one.... awful!

Unfortunately this does not work. Went in today to redeem receipt coupon but the rules have changed and I got nothing that I used to get., like a simple cup of coffee. The store employee said they changed everything about rewards. Have told everyone and we are dozens who will now buy at other place. Sorry Racetrac but I now tell everyone.

Sorry, can't show no stars. My app shows a code, but I've been trying to acquire points for several months. Also get the awkward message. Of course after entering my phone number and sometimes entering my code, I get the message " apply for our app. Since I always buy gas at race track thought I might as well get some kind of reward...now I'm just feeling insulted when before the app I was contented. Lots of luck race track. You're gonna need it.

'Sorry...this is awkward. The app isn't working...' seems to be the common theme with this app not to mention the points not showing up after months of usage. Well, here's what an app that doesn't work assures you; people will stop using your services/products and go somewhere that provides a successful rewards program and has adequate customer service. You're going to lose business over an app. You'd be better off not even having an app and just selling gasoline

I just rec'd a message that the Racetrac app was fixed & working. I tried to access it and got the same message I've been receiving for months, while purchase points have not been accumulating. Something like 'Sorry...this is awkward. The app isn't working...' Very disappointed.

I finally hit sultan of soda and my app stopped working. I contacted customer service and never heard back. I guess they don't want to give me the free daily drink I earned. Oh well, at least I won't go out of my way to fill up at racetrac and I can stop buying over priced snacks from there. I was a sucker. You got me racetrac.

We have a WaWa being built down the street from RaceTrac. Maybe this will be incentive for RaceTrac to fix their app and customer service to answer questions when app is not working.

Why am I getting coupons that cannot be used. The free chicken bacon ranch fresh sandwich never happened. The store clerk said that they only get 10 sandwiches in the shop every morning and they are gone shortly after arriving. Please send coupons that are usable....

Doesn't work. Always says awkward we can't process that request right now.

Maybe the app was having an "off" week. Checked today and points from previous purchases finally appeared. I will update in a month.

App does not show purchases. Constantly says " Awkward..we cannot process this request.." No points awarded. No point in keeping app...

Finally hit Sultan of soda, which is supposed to give me a free drink everyday. I've been able to get one free drink in more than a month, which is pretty unfair if you ask me. It's taking me over a year to finally hit that point and I've spent thousands of dollars in your store getting to this point the reward that your app says I'm supposed to get would actually be a nice thing to get. Instead I have 12 coupons for $2 off sodapalooza cups. 12...

I have tried for a week on android and Apple. Can't get app working. Went by a store and they said they have the same problem. Done moving on to QT

been waiting 3 MONTHS for my password retrieval for my app because I had to reinstall .. they told me 21 days, its been 3 MONTHS and I STILL cant get into my app that has gift cards ans tonz of points .. I am at the level sultan of soda as well and I cannot get any of my free stuff! I spend money at your store every day, well I am going to QT instead from now on.. 3 MONTHS!!!! its a JOKE!

The app spins but will not load.

Racetrac clearly was not ready to implement this app. I have gone to a couple of different Racetrac stores and am not able to get credit for my gas purchases. I go inside to ask what is going on and they say that their software isnt compatible and they have no idea when it will be. And they have no way to credit it your app for your gas purchases. I have emailed customer service several times about this and have gotten absolutely no response. So dont even try getting it fixed that way. They just threw the app out there and apparently just walked away.

My fuel card is through racetrac so this is great if they get it to a point where I actually get the points and the stores understand how to redeem points

App opens but nothing else works. Just keeps loading. Quit advertising an app that isnt functioning.

Im just getting started, so I dont have enough experience to do a complete review. My first issue, though, is that the app will not let me enter my birthday. It keeps saving todays date. Hoping this gets fixed, especially if there is a birthday promo.
