No password reset

Good app except if you ever change phones and need to reset the password. 3 months after initially emailing customer service with a response of 5 to 7 business days for the reset which never happened. I am a former RaceTrac customer who switched to QuikTrip because the RaceTrac does not have a password reset.

The lack of a password reset with no customer service has to be by design so past rewards are not redeemable. The unredeemable rewards should be a target for a class action law firm.
