Poorly developed and executed

They continue to release updates without fixing the glaring issues with the app:

1) If you want to add your rewards barcode to your Apple wallet, it simply wont work. The app will freeze in an endless loop and you will have to force close it to re-access your account.

2) Forgot your password? You are out of luck! Customer service email is non-responsive and there is no automated link to reset it yourself.

3) If you hit login through Facebook, you will create a new account with the same email address and the only way to log out of it is to delete the app.

This app appears to have been developed poorly and was released prematurely.
